back from that shaggy shagged shagged training.
how long was it that i last trained by PBL.
about a year alrdy uh!
and so yeah,
that pig-head LOKE took off his flight to Beijing (correct me if im wrong)
leaving the girls to PBL.
ahwang and siewping ran as fast as they can when they knew it was PBL.
haha!
training was like hell.
on court training with lots and lots of footworks.
quite a number of them went home with blisters.
and BELLA PHEA, went home with a beautiful blue-black on her toe.
anyway, PBL's training is way more interesting as compared to LOKE.
seriously.

and eventually, I SURVIVED! :)
damn, my wobbly leggg.
thinking if I shld attend thursday's training.
i shall SEEEEEEE...
